Refund policy
If a plan set isn't right for you, we'll make it right.
14 days, no fuss
Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, whether there's a problem with the plan set, you bought the wrong design or size by mistake, or it just isn't what you expected.
How to ask
- Email hello@customshedplans.com from the address you used at checkout, or include it.
- Tell us which plan set (the name on your receipt is enough) and, if you can, what went wrong. It helps us fix the designer for everyone.
What happens next
- We reply within two business days and refund through Stripe, to the card you paid with.
- Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
- After a refund, the plan set is no longer licensed to you, so please delete your copies. Its download link may stop working.
Prefer a fix?
If a plan set has a mistake, or you need a slightly different size, tell us. We can often send a corrected plan set instead, at no charge.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If you find an error in a plan set at any time, please let us know; we'll fix it and send you the corrected version.
